A Sweet Embrace in the City

The hotel's location was superb for exploration. I could walk to many points of interest. This made sightseeing simple. The staff showed true kindness. They quickly responded to my requests. I found the breakfast delicious, too. The variety of choices impressed me. I appreciated the beautiful, fresh food that was available.
I found the gym equipment needed some updates. It felt a little outdated. It made my workout less efficient than I hoped.

I appreciated the proximity to many activities. Most attractions were within walking distance. The breakfast service was nice with a friendly server. He was funny and very helpful.
It was not clear who I was talking to on the phone! This made the initial arrangements stressful.

The waterfront location proved very convenient. I also found it easy to access nearby facilities. The fast service from the front desk was good. The young woman at reception was helpful.
The lobby did feel somewhat underwhelming. I found no restrooms available while waiting to check in. The tv did not allow casting from a mobile device. It made using streaming apps difficult

Excellent Location, Minor Issues

The hotel is near attractions, like the aquarium and the CN Tower. Bottle filling stations on each floor are available, instead of bottled water. I liked this touch. The location provides easy access to Rogers Centre and Union Station.
The room shutters in the bathroom were broken. It showed a lack of attention to detail from the cleaning staff. An opened can of beer sat in the fridge. The toilet paper holder was also broken!!!

The staff texts to check how the stay is progressing. This personal touch is appreciated. The staff seemed to be attentive and quick to respond to requests. They were very good too accommodate our needs.

Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious with a friendly wait staff. The breakfast menu had good options. The food was AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed the dining experience and would recommend it
